Support and Maintenance

Once your site is up and running, then what?  Bannister Design takes care to build scalability and extensibility into every web design project.  That way, your site stands ready to grow with you as your needs evolve in the future.

All sites hosted by Bannister Design include free technical support and basic maintenance for the term of your hosting agreement.  Simple, occasional changes that may be needed to keep existing content current—changing names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, hours of business, etc.—are included.  (Updates integral to the day-to-day upkeep of your site, such as inventory updates for an e-commerce business, are best handled by someone in your own organization, and are not included here.)
